Just in this days I'm working to built a cover for the meccanic of Phoenix..
Now I'm designing how it must be ...I 'm thinking to built a same models and then use the vacuum forming tecknic..sameone have same onther ideas?..or sameone have tryed to do the same thing?
What plastic sheet i've to use?

I have done some vacuum forming. I used 0.04" thick PETG, although Polycarbonate should work as well.

This was something I designed, built and was suppose to be for a competition for last april but I never got around to painting it and putting the finishing touches on it.. But I made 3 of them and were quite easy to fabricate from scratch.
