Hi,
According to the AL5D arm assembly instruction step5, i need to use a smaller round nylon horn to replace the black default one on the HS-5745MG servo. The problem is, I got one HS-5755MG servo instead of 5745MG from the package and this servo has a bigger metal axis so i couldn't put the small horn on it and the original nylon horn come with the servo was too big for the C-bracket... Any one could help pls?? Thanks a lot

The answer sadly is simple. The 5755 is not a direct fit replacement for the 755 or the 5745. The 5745 has been discontinued by Hitec. We are still getting them as we have them made for us. There was a problem with the last batch and Hitec had to rework them. We will have them back in stock in 90 days. We will probably make brackets for the 5755, but that will take some time as well. Are you saying you purchased the arm as a kit with the 5755 servos? Or are you saying you bought the kit without servos and purchased the 5755 servos on your own?

I purchased the whole AL5D kit from 'Robotics world' and the servos are included. On the boxes of the servos, there is 'replace HS-5745MG' written in black ink...

Well you're going to need to give them a call. That's not going to work...
