Sooooo, when i was drawing some parts on autocad, i noticed that connecting a PS2 receiver with the plug actually take a big space, Unfortunately i bought PS2 Controller Cable instead of PS2 Controller Cable Kit, is it possible to open up the cable casing and connecting the wires directly to the receiver ?

I doubt it would be possible to separate everything out without damage.
