Thanks for your tips and your comments.
I use 645 like original but I have a 422's broken servo that I'm using to test . Resin gear train of 422 is not strong enough

I have a look to the camera tonight

this is the first test that I do with aluminium. I cut a cpu heatsink to make this piece(abdomen joint)

Next step coxa

some progress on coxa.

I wait for the 645.

I tripled the mandibles to add foam rubber

I cut a 5.25" IDE Enclosure to make coxa. I'm looking for aluminium from France or Belgium

it's a great and funny project. many many hours in fact :)
I'm waiting for servos. I have ordering servos,screws, switch, cable clamp, to finish the leg and body

Coxa are mounted.
I made an abdomen molding test but I failed :?
