Well in actual fact DialFonZo is already my Technical Support for this project. lol (He doesnt know this yet but he will soon.)

A flying Sphere with vertical propulsion and horizontal omnidirectional travel is very cool.

The sphere is only for visual purpose.
The 8 winged control will give it great maneuverability control.

Methinks the sphere also provides a bi-directional safety perimeter protecting both the bot and the world-at-large.

I get it that it's a sphere; why not consider making it a ducted fan inside the sphere?

a rough translation says:
